All School City of Hammond Preschool/Pre-K programming is now at the Hammond Early Learning Center located at 7006 Marshall Avenue.

Head Start Program
Head Start is a federally funded school readiness program to prepare children ages 3-5 for school. 3-year-olds must turn 3 by August 1 to be eligible for Head Start.
PACT Program
PACT is available to Hammond residents only. Children must be 4 years old by August 1.
