High Ability Program

High School (9-12) Program Overview

At the School City of Hammond (SCH), high ability students are encouraged to enroll in Honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and/or Dual Credit/Enrollment courses to challenge their academic potential. These courses provide rigorous academic opportunities and prepare students for post-secondary success while fulfilling Indiana Core 40 and Academic Honors graduation requirements. High ability students should consult with their school counselor to explore available options and ensure proper placement in advanced coursework that aligns with their academic goals.
